A Cake Pop is a combination of super moist, truffle- like cake and the finest chocolate coating which once finished, is nothing short of a round piece of heaven. Being that all of our products are made with chocolate, therefore easy to melt and to insure that your product is not left unattended upon arrival to destination, we MUST ship all orders with Ice Packs and “Signature Confirmation Required”. $8 per every 1-3 dozen treats will be added to your order. ($5.00 for ice packs and $3 USPS Signature Required) Cake Pops by Maggie is not responsible and does not guarantee nor issue refunds for goods damaged or delayed due to weather, due to postal carrier delivery delays, due to the recipient not being at the shipping destination at the time of delivery, due to product being left outside and/or due to product not being refrigerated upon arrival. Please track your package and make arrangements for someone to be present at address provided to sign for it at the time of delivery. We ship all orders punctually and we package your treats with much care but once they leave our hands, we have no control nor are we responsible for product melting or getting damaged during transit.
