Each item in our shop is custom made for you after you order. We use high quality wood, which is a natural material. This means that each piece will vary slightly. EVERY piece of wood has its own unique qualities-different wood grain, knots, and takes stain differently. Please also be aware that colors may vary slightly based on lighting, how the particular piece of wood takes stain, and differences in computer and phone color display settings. We do not accept returns based on color differences online and in person. • TURNAROUND TIME & SHIPPING • Please plan for the full listed turnaround time before your item ships. We are a small shop, with one person making, packaging, and shipping all of your orders from our little white barn. We are clear about our turnaround time, and do not accept cancellations based on this factor. We ship using USPS. Please verify your address is correct before placing your order to ensure there are no delays with delivery. • CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY • As a small business providing custom made items, we do not accept cancellations or returns. All orders are final sale. Every item is made specifically for you after you order. We do not keep a stock of items and we purchase materials based on orders. Please be aware of this policy when purchasing from our shop. • DAMAGED ITEMS • We do our very best to make sure your order arrives to you safely. Unfortunately, items are occasionally damaged in transit. If an item arrives with dents/marks/not in tip top shape, please know we did not send it like that and your item must have been damaged during shipping. PLEASE let us know right away and we will work together to correct the situation! • WOOD TYPE • Most items in our shop are made using premium quality pine wood. Hardwood types are available for an additional cost. • HARDWARE / SHELF WEIGHT LIMIT / INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS • We include drywall anchors and screws with all shelf, mug rack, and wall decor orders. We strongly recommend installing items into at least one wall stud for maximum security. Our shelves are very well built and very strong. We do not have a tested weight limit on shelves, but if they are installed correctly, weight limit will not be an issue. Please contact us if you need installation instructions and we will message you detailed instructions. We do not include paper instructions with orders in an effort to reduce waste, since packaging materials create enough .
