This jewelry holder has become one of my pride and joys because it was a DIY project that didn’t flop : ) I made this jewelry holder in 2016 and since then it has gotten over 16k pins and has been viewed over 1 million times on Pinterest (no shame in admitting how excited I am about that)! Since then (after having deleted my blog and now recreated it therefore unfortunately ruining the whole tutorial thing for people, so sorry about that) I have updated the lovely project by adding in some nails to hold my earrings as well. The total cost was under $30 – the actual barn wood I got from Hobby Lobby for about $5 on sale, scavenged my parents house for screws laying around, and the rest of the cost was from purchasing the door knobs from Pier 1 Imports. I also enlisted the help of my dad to assist in making sure I did it all right.
