Custom Epoxy Resin River Dining Table

SOLD! (contact me for a custom build) This custom epoxy river table was 8.5 ft x 4 ft and 2 inches thick. The book matched slabs of Oregon Black Walnut were salvaged and milled just north of Portland, and have an unbelievably beautiful figure and colorful grain pattern. The epoxy river running through the center of the table was designed with multiple layers. The bottom layer contains a high percentage of opaque golden colors to facilitate a “sand bottom”. The middle layers contain variations of translucent blues and aquamarine, and the surface layer is transparent with hints of iridescent blues like the shimmering surface waters on the ocean. Encased within the blue layers of resin are custom designed sharks formed from epoxy and made to look as if they are swimming. The table base is a custom steel assembly powder-coated with a matte black finish. The wood is finished with multiple applications of a durable natural material which protects the wood but maintains the integrity of the grain, while giving the surface a buttery smooth feel. This was a one of a kind custom design, a true testament to the skills and creativity that Green Heart Studios is capable of producing. Contact me for custom orders or if you have a vision in mind.
