When I was planning my daughter’s birthday party last month, I knew I needed something more substantial in terms of decoration (but I didn’t want to spend any more money)! I had streamers on hand, and after some Pinterest and Google searching, I became inspired to create this Crepe Paper Banner, perhaps the easiest and cheapest birthday decoration ever! But it’s so pretty… I just love it. I couldn’t bear to get rid of it after the party, so it’s earned a permanent spot in the playr
