Multiple modules can be built to create a house. These doll house plans provide an alternative to a large dollhouse that can not be moved. Each module is very simple to build and requires minimal tools. Lower floor modules are 2′-6″ wide x 2′-0″ deep x 2′-0″ tall. Upper floor modules are 2′-6″ wide x 2′-0″ deep x 2′-3″ at roof peak. We will also provided email support for questions when building the dollhouse. Tools needed: Circular Saw Miter Saw (Trim) Jig saw (cutting out doors and windows) Steel Square Tape Measure Finish Nailer & Compressor Brad Nailer & Compressor Utility Knife (to cut vinyl flooring) You will need to have the tools and some experience using those tools. Expect to spend 10 – 15 hours building each module. Each module could be built from $100 – $150 depending on lumber selected and prices in your area.
