The pendant is beautifully faceted and measures 2.25″ long by 1.5″ wide. The silver stamping has beautiful asymmetrical detailing in a design of leaves and scrolls. The chain is accented on one side with smaller vintage chandelier crystals alternating with hematite beads. They have all been hand wire wrapped to the chain. Intricate and unforgettable, this artisan necklace has lustrous stones that vary in size and shape, but most are small. Brass and copper beads surround stones of Labradorite, Sunstone, Citrine, Hessonite Garnet, Pearl, several Jaspers, Agates —at least 10 different kinds of stones—and a large Picture Jasper pendant stone. There are also different metal beads in this necklace too —at least 11 different brass beads and at least 5 different copper beads. Putting them all together definitely takes longer than collecting them. This necklace was worked on for months, arranging and rearranging and swapping one stone for another stone. Long, comfortable and casual, it can be worn to work, to dinner or to the grocery store and is great with t-shirts, dresses and tunics in a variety of colors. This versatile, one of a kind necklace is similar to one I made years ago and just could not part with and is still my “go-to” casual necklace. It even goes with purple! Who knew! It is made on one extra strong and flexible wire, so the only connections are at the clasp. So it is a gorgeous and durable!
