Type: Wall Mounted Earring holder plus necklace bar Earring capacity: 36 – 72 pairs. Slat spacing: Slats are spaced from 2″ to 3″ apart Necklace, ring, bracelet capacity: 8 to 40 Holds: Studs, Wires, Clip-ons, Loops, Hoops, Leverbacks, Necklaces, Bracelets, Rings Height: 15″ Width: 12″ Note: Jewelry shown in pictures is for demonstration purposes only. ************ How Earrings Fit *************** The slots are just the right size for earrings to slip into so that they fit snug and secure with no wiggle or chance of them falling out. Just slide them over the slot and they’ll fall right in. Studs can be put in the slots or the holes. If you put them in the slots, you don’t need to remove the backings to put them on. The slats are thin enough to put stud earrings on without removing the backings and most earrings will fit in both the slots and the holes. If it fits on your ear it will fit here. ***** Similar Jewelry Organizer Links ***** Wall Mount Jewelry Holders: http://www.etsy.com/shop/TomsEarringHolders?section_id=10173279 Wall Mount Necklace Holder Bars: http://www.etsy.com/shop/TomsEarringHolders?section_id=10348142 Cherry Earring holders: http://www.etsy.com/shop/TomsEarringHolders/search?search_query=cherry

DIY Bangle Holder from a Child’s Toy

16 diy Organizador pulseras ideas
Part of moving house means uncovering long forgotten projects that I was meaning to do. The things that had become buried under piles of other projects just waiting to be finished (or started). One of those projects was to make a bangle holder. About 4 years ago I made a jewelry organizer out of an old typset tray, but the compartments weren’t big enough to hold my chunky bangles. I tend to wear things if I can see them, so I’m not a store shoes in a box, or jewelry in little drawers kind of person because I will forget what I have and it will never be worn. So I made this DIY bangle holder from a child’s toy. If you have children you may be familiar with the Melissa & Doug Geometric Stacker toy. We had one for the twins when they were little. We also have a dog. The dog may have considered it his toy too and chewed all of the wooden pieces, and removed a couple of the wood dowels, so most of the pieces were thrown away. But I held onto what was left because I knew that (one day) I could make a bangle holder out of it. I already had the base and one wood dowel left, so a quick trip to Home Depot later I had a long dowel rod the same width for under $1.50. I also had a can of Krylon Metallic Aluminum spray paint on hand so decided to finally whip up this quick project this past weekend. Here is what you need to do. I began by sanding the base, and then used an X-ACTO knife to cut the wood dowel into three 10.5 lengths. Elmer’s ProBond Advanced was used to attach the wood dowel rods into the base. Two coats of Krylon Metallic Aluminum paint later and a couple of hours drying (and airing out) in the shade outside and it was ready to be used. Tonya

Brass and brown wood jewelry display racks – necklace and earring

16 diy Organizador pulseras ideas
This listing is for a three piece set, any combination of necklace and earring racks in brown (medium or deep) stain with brass hardware. Please specify in the comments what combination you would like (e.g. 1 earring and two necklace displays). If you don’t leave a note I’ll assume you want the set as pictured, one earring rack and two necklace racks. Please choose between medium brown and deep brown – see the last photo for samples. – necklace displays are stained and waxed wood with 23 brass hooks. 12″ long by 2″ tall (including hooks). – earring displays are stained and waxed wood with a brass bar resting on two brass hooks. 12″ long by 2″ tall (including hooks.) **I’ve heard from two customers that the earring rack can be tricky to use. Hanging earrings on the bar takes some tolerance for fiddly things, and I think it can be easier or harder depending on the way your earrings are shaped. I did change the earring bar to a narrower diameter and that seems to have been an improvement.** Command Velcro strips for hanging on the wall are included, two sets per piece. I’ve used mine quite a bit and found them to be very sturdy – and removable! Please read 3M’s instructions on cleaning your walls and applying the Command strips for the best results: http://multimedia.3m.com/mws/media/658807O/commandtm-instructions.pdf?&fn=17201_34870430146_rev_R1.pdf

If not stored in the right way, jewelry tends to blacken, rust and lose its colour Continue reading 20 DIY Jewellery Organiser and Storage Ideas ?
