Each sign is made to order on real wood, meant for indoor use, which has natural imperfections (nicks, wood knots, etc).  Each piece of wood takes our stain and paint process differently. Each sign is hand painted and one of a kind, yours will not have another just like it. 2. DISTRESSING – Each sign is lightly distressed to give it depth and its own unique look. If you prefer your sign not to be distressed, please let us know! 3. Hanging hardware is included, your sign will be ready to hang as soon as you receive it! 4. If a package is damaged during shipping, please contact us with pictures of the damage and we will make it right. We not responsible for undelivered or mis-delivered due to incorrect address, however, we will do our best to work with you to locate your package. 5. Returns/Refunds- Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, of course, if an item is damaged during shipping, we will do everything to make it right whether it be making and shipping a new sign (no charge) or refunding your money. 6. Cancellations-Cancellations can be accepted if your order has not been started. Typically, we start working on your order within 8 hours. Please make all cancellation requests within that time period. Shipping Shipping costs will be calculated on the shopping cart page. Simply add the item to your cart and it will calculate your costs. Refunds/Exchanges Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. Of course, if an item arrives damaged, we will do everything to make it right. Options may include replacing the item or a full refund. Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery. We do our best to start on your sign as soon as possible. For that reason, we ask that all cancellations be made within 8 hours of purchase. If cancellation is requested after this time, we will refund minus a 20% materials fee.
