Outfit Ideas Florals are having a serious MOMENT this fall and while I don’t usually go for much pattern in my wardrobe, I am absolutely loving this fall trend! Florals are so fun to wear! Plus they easily mix and match with simple basics like jeans and flats or ankle boots and on and on. They are basically an instant outfit-maker. I am obsessed with this floral top, I’ve worn it quite a few times already this fall since it’s lightweight it’s perfect for the warmer fall days while still feeling fall-ish. When the weather cools it will be gorgeous layered under jackets, blazers or cardigans. There are SO many floral options for fall so I pulled together a number of options below for you to shop the trend! Without further… 1) Our family are big Disney fans! We go about once a year and I’m always scouring Disney blogs and Disney fan pages on FB for Dis news. It’s definitely MY happiest place on Earth! *but dang, those Minnie ears always hurt my head! 2) I’m 41 years old and my kids are 14 & 12. I always seem to get questions about how old my kids are! So, that’s where we are at the moment! 3) I’ve been married for almost 15 years in October! Gotta love a fall wedding! 4) I started this blog in January of 2008 after starting two other blogs that were big fails. I was working full time with a 6 month old and a 2 year old. Then in the fall of 2008 I quit working to stay home and started blogging seriously. 5) Everyone loves to hate Instagram, but I actually love it! I don’t care how many follows or likes I have – I just see it as a really cool creative outlet. That’s why I don’t have tons of followers – because I never viewed it as a popularity contest and don’t buy likes or followers (which a lot of people do). I just have fun with it! 6) I met my husband on a blind date! 7) Michigan is my home but I was mostly raised in the Chicago area. People always ask about my accent. It’s part Chicago, part Michigan. 8) I hate working out. Ugh. I started playing tennis last winter and thankfully that doesn’t feel like working out though! yay! 9) I’m a big Royal watcher. I love following the fashion of Kate and Meghan and love that both of their styles are so different! 10) I wish I knew how to paint artistically.
